After years of Estate Agency experience, mainly working in Kingston’s lively property market, Guy Hodge decided to found his own firm, Lords Estate Agents.  That was in 1991 and the business, initially formed as a partnership, is now a thriving Limited Company with many of the staff owning their own shares. The company’s first sales office and now the flagship of the Lords brand is located in the centre of Kingston, and has been followed by branches in Ham and then Surbiton.

Guy’s experience in the property industry encouraged him to create a company that combined the marketing skills that can generally only be found in a large organisation with the professional and personal service only ever offered by a smaller and more intimate concern that focuses on its clients’ needs and thrives on personal recommendations.

With almost 30 years practice in residential property sales, Guy Hodge now heads a company that aims to make your move as stress free and enjoyable as possible. His view has always been that moving home should be an exciting, joyful experience and that Lords will help make that happen.
